When you need time off
We value your time, which means we also value your time off — and actively encourage you to take it.
While planned vacation time is essential to your well-being, we understand that unplanned life events can sometimes call for a timeout from work as well. That’s why we offer a range of paid leave options from medical to military to parental leaves.
What life journey are you on today?
If a serious health condition calls you away from work, you may be eligible to take leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). This covers time needed for appointments, treatments and other medical events. FMLA also applies if you need time off work to care for a loved one with a serious health condition. Temporary Disability Pay (TDP) ensures you have income during a short-term disability or illness.
