Through our partnership with Rain, eligible associates can access up to 30% of eligible earned wages once before payday, with no interest or hidden fees. You can skip the traditional 2-week pay cycle and get access to your pay the moment you complete your shift.

Eligibility
Rain is available to non-exempt (hourly) full-time and part-time associates. Newly hired associates can participate in the program after their first pay period.
You are not eligible if you:
- Have garnishments, tax levies, bankruptcy, or child support
- Have active arrears payment
- Participate in OhioHealth’s Purchasing Power program
- Contribute 50% or more of pay to retirement
- Are on a leave of absence (paid or unpaid)
- Receive temporary disability pay (TDP)
- Receive long-term disability (LTD)
