Direct Pay Program

OhioHealth will directly pay for tuition upfront up to $5,250 per year to eligible associates in critical need roles at more than 50 preferred in-network colleges and universities.

Education Reimbursement Program

This program reimburses eligible associates up to $5,250 per year for educational expenses at regionally or select nationally accredited institutions, related to positions at OhioHealth. There are select colleges and universities that will reduce their tuition to equal the OhioHealth $5,250 a year education benefit for full-time associates, meaning you may be able to earn your education at no cost.

Dependent benefits for education are also available through tuition discounts at many colleges and universities.
